Barbecues, Banners, and Ads
Show your support for Hawken's athletes! Festivities this fall include a number of pre-game, half-time and add-on events for kids and adults around men's and women's fall sports. BBQ packages are available for Walton Weekend and for all home football games under the lights (August 31, September 28, October 12, and October 19). Season Highlight Athletic Programs will be distributed at all men's and women's games throughout the fall, winter, and spring, including Walton Weekend and National Girls and Women in Sports Day (in February). Banners will be displayed on Walton Field for all men’s and women’s fall events.
Program Advertisement
Your program ad will be featured throughout the year of Hawken sports (including Walton Weekend) with editorial content changing for the fall, winter and spring seasons.
- Full page (8.5"x5.5" with at least ¼" margin, no bleeds) - $700
- Half page (4.25"x5.5" with at least ¼" margin, no bleeds) - $375
Please supply camera-ready, high-resolution artwork (PDF files, please) by e-mail on or before August 7, 2007 or send text for your ad and we will design with hawk clip art or sport clip art to Buffy Filippell at buffy@teamworkonline.com.

Signage
- 2'x4' banner - $600
Advertisers may supply their own 2'x4' banner or we will produce one for an additional cost of $150 with the logo provided by your company.
Barbecue for Four Football Games
The Fork & Talon package provides a catered meal where On The Fly is short-ordered hot dogs and hamburgers. Purchase your food packages online in advance as quantities may be limited and prices at the door may be more expensive.

For each four-game package you order, you will be automatically entered into a raffle. The raffle drawing will be held opening night, August 31, and the winner will receive four floor seats to a Cleveland Cavaliers game.
